We do not store any of your payment information.
- We do not collect taxes for non-EU countries at checkout, however, local customs officials will assess duties before releasing your goods into your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and then collect them from you upon delivery. You are responsible for paying any and all customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees assessed at the border before delivery. For EU countires, the customs will charge a tax of 20% or more of the order payment. And we will only charge you a tax of 8% of the order payment at your checkout.
We support express delivery to most European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, and Poland.
If your total purchase weighs no more than 2 kg, all the items you bought will be in one package.

Returns and Exchanges
We do accept returns. Customers have the right to initiate a return within 14 days.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item or issue a refund right away. If you actually like the item you received, we can offer you a discount as compensation for the error.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. If the damage is minor and you wish to keep the item, we would be happy to provide you with a partial refund.
